- The EAAE is offering up to 10 travel grants, each valued at €500. You may apply for a grant if your paper or flash presentation has been accepted and you meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.
- To process the grant, the EAAE requires legal proof of incurred expenses. Eligible costs may include flight tickets, accommodation, and other travel-related expenses. Reimbursement will be made for actual expenses up to a maximum of €500.
- Recipients of the travel grant will also have their registration fees waived.
- Deadline for travel grant application: 23rd March 2026
Eligibility Criteria:
To have your paper accepted for presentation at the Workshop;
Applicants must be currently enrolled in a PhD program in one of the following countries:
Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, or Ukraine.
Required Documents:
- A certificate confirming enrolment in a doctoral program.
- A cover letter outlining your motivation for attending the workshop and explaining why you should be considered for a grant.
